Confirmation and Track&Trace

As soon as you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. Once we have processed your order, you will receive an email with a Track&Trace code.  

Shipping time

Orders within The Netherlands should arrive within 2 to 4 days. Orders to other European countries should arrive within 5-6 days.

 

Returns

Procedure

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product, you can return your order within 14 days after receipt. Please send an email to info@babyluux.com within 14 days of receipt to announce your return. Please state in this email your ordernumber and the product you would like to return. Orders can only be returned when the product is in its original state, the package should include all accessories (thank you card, instruction manual).

Then return the package within 7 days after sending this email.

The customer will bear the costs of the return shipment.
